Course Description
Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) is a course of study that focuses on the integration of business processes and functions to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. It is a multi-disciplinary field that applies the principles and practices of operations management, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain management to improve product and service delivery. OSCM courses provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage and optimize the flow of materials, information, and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption.
